    Overview

     

    The Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of the MosAIC Nursing team to include, day-to day staff management, patient care, maintaining accurate and current patient records and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments to patients as required. The Supervisor will work as a member of the Nursing Team to coordinate services with our nurses and physicians and will assist in delivering premium care to each and every patient.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations

    + Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC patients and Amerita patients if needed

    + Provide complete assessments of patients receiving infusions, and initiate emergency protocols should significant adverse reactions occur

    + Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics

    + Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment

    + Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options

    + Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information and counseling, and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions

    + Complete documentation in Company EHR system

    + Under the supervision of General Manager, may complete daily management responsibilities, such as:

    + Time off requests and timecard approvals in the Time Keeping system

    + Participate in the annual performance review process

    + Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action

    Qualifications

    + Master’s Degree in Nursing, required

    + 5+ years’ nursing experience, preferred

    + 3-5 years’ supervisory experience, preferred

    + Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment, required

    + Must utilize strong written and interpersonal communication skills

    + Work collaboratively with physician to deliver optimum care to patients

    + Work within a team and take direction

    Salary Range

     

    USD $65.00 - $70.00 / Hour
