In this role, you will be responsible for financial projections, results analysis, and margin and key indicator management. Lead the budget process, control deviations, and propose improvements in monthly reporting. Ensure compliance with policies and take corrective actions when necessary.
•Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global CFO Marketing Solutions, your main responsibilities will be:
+ Perform financial projections, ensuring the reliability of financial statements.
+ Review the evolution of the area's business. Interpreting, explaining, and managing margins and other key business levers/indicators.
+ Analyze results, supporting and influencing strategic and operational decisions.
+ Design and develop actions and initiatives that positively impact business management.
+ Manage the budget process, analyze and monitor deviations that may occur, establishing the necessary corrective measures to guarantee compliance with the company's budget objectives. Also issuing relevant recommendations that help in business decision-making.
+ Review, analyze, and control monthly reporting. Designing, proposing, and implementing improvements to it.
+ Comply with company policies, as well as implementing corrective actions if any deviation is identified.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar. Master in Financial Management or similar.
+ 7+ years of experience performing similar functions.
+ Experience in multinational companies and managing multicultural and remote teams.
+ Having worked in a Marketing company is a plus.
+ Organizational, proactive, and analytical skills.
+ Experience dealing with Senior Management.
+ Leadership and team management skills.
+ Strong orientation to achieving tangible results for the company, with negotiation, persuasion, and business vision skills.
+ Fluent in English and Spanish.
