    About The Career:

    We are seeking a seasoned UKG/Payroll Analyst professional to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational and technical expertise in UKG Dimensions, with demonstrated experience in multi-state payroll processing. This role will work closely with senior leadership to optimize payroll workflows and ensure accurate processing for approximately 950 employees. The position offers flexibility for remote work with milestone travel requirements, though local candidates are preferred.

    All About You :

    - Extensive experience with UKG Dimensions payroll processing and system optimization

     

    - Healthcare industry experience required

     

    - End-to-end payroll processing expertise

     

    - Multi-state payroll processing experience

     

    - Strong technical and operational knowledge

     

    - Ability to collaborate with strategic partners

     

    - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred - 5+ years of payroll experience

     

    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

     

    - Excellent communication and documentation abilities
