About The Career:

+ Financial Assistance Counselor will assist customers with the cost of services they want to receive or the financial options for payment for services already received. Counselors assist with understanding EOB's, statements, bills and estimates. Counselors will assist patients with financial eligibility screening and enrollments, payment plans, payments and refunds.

All About You:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ At least two years experience in a business office setting working in a health care facility.

+ Basic computer skills

+ Communication skills.
