    About the Cardiology Department:

    + In the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health, the cardiologists and patients are supported by a compassionate, educated and experienced staff of nurses, technologists and nuclear medicine technologists with a total of more than 150 years of experience in the field of cardiology. The goal of the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health is to perform a diagnostic cardiac catheterization on every patient as precisely, thoroughly and efficiently as possible. The end result is a diagnosis that will lead to the best treatment possible while prolonging and improving the quality of life for each patient.

    About The Career:

    + The Cath Lab supervisor coordinates clinical practices and fosters the maintenance and development of quality patient-focused care. The Cath Lab supervisor provides administrative oversite and direction. The Cath Lab Supervisor assists in procedures within the Cath Lab as well as duties in Medical Imaging. Performs appropriate and complete documentation of patient care.

    All About You :

    + Education: Either a Colorado RN license, RT, or RCIS

    + Training & Experience: BLS on hire.

    + Cath Lab experience required.

    + IV conscious sedation preferred for RN.

    + Anatomy and physiology, with a special emphasis on the cardiovascular system.

    + Patient and staff education as it relates to cardiology and medical imaging.
