About The Department

• The IT Department is responsible for managing and supporting all technology systems within MRH. Its primary goal is to ensure the secure, efficient, and compliant operation of digital infrastructure that supports clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The department works closely with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows, integrate new technologies, manage data analytics, and support decision-making processes. It also oversees software updates, cybersecurity measures, system interoperability, and the procurement of IT equipment and services.

About The Career:

• This position will be responsible for managing the hospital system's data analysis, information management, and technology integration activities. You will work closely with medical staff, hospital administration, and IT teams to ensure that our data and information systems are optimized, secure, and meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either healthcare informatics or nursing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes.

All About You :

• Bachelor's degree required Informatics and/or RN preferred.

• 5+ years' experience in the healthcare field.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare data management principles, including analytics, data visualization, and clinical decision support.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare information technologies.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant laws and regulations.
