    Our client is seeking a Chief of Staff/Executive Personal Assistant to serve as a discreet, trusted right-hand to a founder/CEO based in Miami, FL, supporting both business and personal operations at the highest level. The role is based in Miami and requires frequent global travel, often on short notice.

     

    This is a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic, global lifestyle- operating behind the scenes at the intersection of executive leadership, luxury travel, private life, and high-touch logistics. The ideal candidate is independent, loyal, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a seamless extension of the principal’s presence across all aspects of life and work.

    + Arrange complex travel logistics (private and commercial), including family relocations

    + Oversee and integrate a wide range of external and internal partnerships.

    + Actively cultivate and maintain awareness of high-value social circles, events, and cultural opportunities- keeping a constant finger on the pulse to connect the principal to the right people, places, and experiences

    + Curate and maintain elevated social experiences, wellness routines, and high-value personal and professional connections

    + Represent the principal in meetings.

    + Anticipate needs and build systems that ensure seamless day-to-day execution

    + Safeguard the principal’s time, focus, and energy—ensuring calm, order, and discretion in all settings

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-level support, chief of staff, or an Executive Personal Assistant office role.

    + Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

    + Based in Miami.

    + Fluent in English and Spanish required.

    + Polished, poised, and well-versed in luxury lifestyle environments, including hospitality, wellness, and travel

    + Highly resourceful, tech-savvy, organized, and emotionally intelligent

    + Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

    + Must pass a background check and provide verifiable references

     

    Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 DOE
