**The community** **you’ll** **be caring for:** AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach

The role** **you** **’ll** **contribute** **:

Responsible for the continual observation, documentation and communication of all cardiac rhythm strip monitoring in designated units, as ordered by the patient’s physician.

The value** **you’ll** **bring to the team:

+ Obtains, interprets, and documents cardiac monitoring data per standard, documenting per standard in the telemetry monitoring system.

+ Documents changes in heart rhythms per policy.

+ Communicates changes in patient’s rhythm pattern and follows escalation process as applicable.

+ Assesses and maintains telemetry equipment to ensure proper functioning.

+ Enters all telemetry charges if applicable.
