Nocturnist APP Opportunity – Critical Care Medicine

We’ve got your perfect night shift.

AdventHealth Palm Coast or Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Advanced Practice Provider (APP)** — either a **Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/AGACNP)** or **Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)** — to join our **Critical Care Medicine** team as a **Nocturnist** . This full-time, 7-on/7-off night role offers the best of both worlds: high-acuity ICU action _and_ plenty of beach days off.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide **inpatient ICU care** for adult critical care patients

+ Manage **overnight admissions, rounding, codes, and rapid responses**

+ Work alongside collaborative intensivists and hospitalists

+ Use Epic EMR + access to state-of-the-art ICU tech

+ Enjoy **night shift autonomy** in a supportive hospital culture

Requirements:

+ Graduate of an **ACNP/AGACNP or PA** program

+ Licensed (or eligible) in **Florida**

+ **National certification** (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)

+ **ACLS & BLS** certified

+ 1+ year ICU or inpatient experience preferred

+ Able to work **independently overnight** in a fast-paced environment
