Role Overview

**Sodexo** is seeking a skilled **Catering Manager 3** to lead an innovative, high-volume catering program at a BNPP in **New York** . As a Catering Manager, you’ll use your expertise to oversee Conference Center Catering and Executive Catering operations, while managing a dynamic team, and delivering exceptional service to the client. Your leadership will directly impact the quality and efficiency of the catering program. You'll manage end to end catering events, with a focus on attention to detail and white glove service. What You'll Do

+ Oversee catering operations for a fast paced with a focus on seamless service, innovation and creativity.

+ Manage a variety of catering events, ranging from breakfasts and lunches to large town halls, happy hours and exclusive C-Suite events.

+ Manage all event booking, including calendar management, room set up, rentals, AV and food service.

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and repeat engagements.

+ Demonstrate expertise in sales, team building, and event planning to ensure seamless operations.

+ Supervise and train a team of 7 hourly employees, manage inventory, ordering, and maintain strict cost control for catering events.
