Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai‘i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s numerous facilities and administrative offices. Our Database team is responsible for providing the support and maintenance of the IT system’s extensive databases.

As the EPIC Security Coordinator, you will responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying security changes for the Epic EMR system. You will also partner with the application, privacy, and access management teams to design system-level security architecture, processes, and documentation necessary to assure appropriate access to and security of sensitive information for the organization. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and helpful individual, with excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or Health Care related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or related work experience. Epic Security certification and/or related Epic work experience. Five (5) years of project management experience in functional analysis, system design, and/or business applications.
