    *Summary:**

     

    Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse General Labor / Dock Workers for 1st shift positions in Taftville, Connecticut. This role offers the opportunity for daily pay through the Daily Pay app, with a base pay ranging from $17.50 to $25 per hour. The average employee earns $25/hr, with potential for overtime during peak seasons. Benefits are available, and referrals are rewarded with a bonus.

     

    2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4:45 PM -11:30 PM. (occasional overtime during peak season)

    Qualifications:

    - Must be at least 18 years of age

    - Ability to lift at least 35-51 lbs. unassisted

     

    - Willingness to train

     

    - Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

    Responsibilities:

    - Perform tasks such as unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, order picking, palletizing, and general warehouse duties as assigned

     

    - Maintain a clean and safe working environment

     

    - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
