Our firm seeks an expert BizDev leader to develop and optimize our national attorney referral partner network, ensuring seamless case intake, strong partner relationships, and revenue growth through fee-sharing agreements.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Build and scale a national network of law firm referral partners.

    + Implement and manage sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics.

    + Drive client success through strategic partner engagement and performance tracking.

    + Oversee financials related to referral revenue, contract pricing, and growth metrics.

    + Develop high-impact relationships through networking, outreach, and relationship management.

    + Lead technology and software onboarding efforts for new referral partners.

    + Facilitate strategic Business Reviews and performance discussions with partners and firm leadership.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Proven success in high-volume relationship sales, preferably in SaaS, legal services, or business development.

    + Expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.

    + Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams.

    + Strategic thinker with a track record of building and scaling new business initiatives.
