    At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, we are redefining the breaktime experience through innovative micro markets, vending, office coffee, pantry, and fresh food services. As a growing leader in the industry, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and team success in our warehouse.

     

    The Warehouse Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily functions of a high-volume warehouse operation. This role supports the Warehouse Manager in supervising team members, managing inventory, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across all warehouse activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with managing warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, loading, and inventory control.

    + Supervise and train warehouse staff to meet performance, accuracy, and safety standards.

    + Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for route delivery teams.

    + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

    + Support continuous improvement efforts and implement lean practices.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.

    + Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

    + Familiarity with inventory software or warehouse management systems is a plus.

    + Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and team collaboration.

    Requirements:

    + Must be able to operate a forklift

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs+; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis. Frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds

    + Must be able to consent to a drug screening.

    + Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.

    + Ability to work in all weather conditions (ex. heat, cold, rain, and/or snow)
