    Are you a motivated and experienced security professional looking for the next step in your career progression? The Chicago Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.

     

    The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication.

    Position Requirements:

    + High School Diploma

    + Intermediate Computer Skills

    + 2 Years Security experience

    + Planning, organizing and leadership skills

    + Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines

    + Calm, polite, and professional behavior

    + Reliable and self-motivated

    + Strong customer service skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills

     

    Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
