    We are currently seeking skilled Desktop Support Specialists to join our team.

     

    Position Responsibilities:The selected candidate will provide end-user support, including remote and desk-side assistance, in response to service requests. Duties include but are not limited to:

     

    + PC Deployment: Setup, configure, and install PCs and related devices.

    + Troubleshooting: Maintain and resolve issues with information systems, peripherals, communication devices, and various operating systems.

    + Software Installation: Ensure proper installation and functionality of required software.

    + Operating System Support: Provide support for both Mac and PC operating systems.

    + Account Management: Create and maintain user accounts as needed.

    Position Requirements:

    + Certification: Must hold a current CompTIA Security+ (Sec+) Certification.

    + Security Clearance: Must possess an active, fully adjudicated Secret Clearance.

    + Must have a minimum of 3-years of Desktop Support experience.
