    Operations Analyst- PB Cash Management & Account Services

     

    Seasonal Full Time Opportunity

    General Description

    Under general supervision, this position provides a broad range of routine administrative and general support duties for one or more areas of the Data Services including, but not limited to, Data Entry, Setups, and Billing.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Is responsible for the operational tasks associated with customers. The Analyst will ensure that all requests are processed in a timely manner; and provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients, as well as team members.

    + Receive and review customer agreements.

    + Process customer set-up requests.

    + Create customer files documenting customer service agreements, initial account set-up, subsequent maintenance, billing, and service claims.

    + Provide technical assistance to Cash Mgmt. Sales staff in the Region as well as external customers.

    + Track customer inquiries and claims and submit statistics to the management.

    + Refer any customized product requests to product management team.

    + Keep all team members aware of any relevant situation regarding their customers.

    + Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls relative to BSA and transferring funds.

    + Adhere to established and projects as assigned.

    + Handle customer service calls directly as required.

    + Assist with the training of new staff members.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree completed or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience

    Two to three years related experience.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)

     

    • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette

    • PC Skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

    • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

    • Ability to prioritize daily workflow to ensure all requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

    • Effective English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
