ADP is hiring a Sr. Director – Implementation (HRO Comprehensive Services – Up-Market).
In this **Sr. Director – Implementation position** , you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the HRO Comp Services Implementation (Up-Market) organization executing the processes and functions required to onboard new and existing clients.
As a Leader of Leaders, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective leadership and management of a team comprised of 8-9 Implementation leaders in several different ADP locations responsible for our Implementation Consultants, Project Managers, and Program Managers. You will manage ~115 indirects in different regions and offshore. Managing these teams will also include ensuring that all new clients are set up timely and accurately.
In this role, you will drive strong discipline around backlog management and forecasting with the added responsibility of exceeding all quality and BU targets. Maintaining strong partnerships with sales, cross business unit leadership, service, etc. Developing, finetuning and implementing business policy changes to continually drive efficiency and competitive advantage. Will report to the VP of Implementation.

**What you’ll do:** _Responsibilities_
Business Leadership
+ Owns Implementation processes, and leads teams responsible for timely, and efficient onboarding of new clients including all direct and ancillary services in partnership with internal shared services teams.
+ Ensures client net promoter scores & experience are optimized and remain high throughout entirety of implementation/ on-boarding process
+ Ensures achievement of Implementation /on-boarding Key Performance indicators on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including but not limited to the following; event NPS, timely resource assignment (Implementation Consultant, Implementation Payroll Consultant assignment), ACR $$ starts, Units implemented/ started, and other metrics around quality & timeliness of client implementation/ on-boarding.
+ Maintains active, and strategic partnerships with clients, key internal stakeholders (i.e. Sales, HR Servicing, Payroll, Benefits, PTO, Garnishments, etc) through frequent dialogue, strategic alignment and goal setting.
+ Proactively manages risk by ensuring leaders are engaged in their assigned backlog, working directly with clients, associates, Sales and Service partners, as needed, to drive successful client on-boarding and first year retention.
+ Improves quality results by establishing and communicating key metrics, analyzing results, and re-designing processes accordingly to drive continued improvement.
+ Works closely with Implementation leaders and Sales partners to respond to client escalations.
+ Sets and applies standards supporting the organization's achievement of starts, no starts and NPS results.
+ Responds to critical client survey results by reviewing with managers and associates to correct potential issues.
+ Maintains the published average survey score for the fiscal year.
+ Collects and monitors weekly/monthly reports to ensure management of the group's activities and highlights major milestones reached and/or obstacles encountered.
+ Works with SLT to provide input, make recommendations, and monitor expenses for the department budget.
+ Manages and controls applicable expenses and budgets.
People Leadership
+ Ensures associates and leaders have necessary training and support to be successful in their day to day job, and to take advantage of career growth opportunities.
+ Leads, inspires and ensures appropriate associate ownership and accountability.
+ Maintenance of proper staffing levels, resource optimization, performance management and employee relations.
+ Drives associate engagement, mentoring talent/career development and succession planning.
+ Encourages, recognizes and rewards ongoing associate/leadership development.
+ In the pursuit of ADP's Mission, Vision and Values, drives awareness and understanding of strategic goals/priorities to gain the commitment and alignment of an engaged workforce.
+ Manages the HR issues for the group.

Strategic Initiatives
+ Identifies and executes continuous improvement opportunities targeted at enhancing the client experience, increasing productivity and accelerating revenue.
+ Proactively communicates strategies, roles and responsibilities to the Implementation organization and to critical channel partners
+ Lead End to End client Implementation journey outline to streamline/ improve implementation process, outline roles & responsibilities, and champion opportunities for continuous improvement, further alignment.
+ Connects leaders to the priorities in order to successfully lead and implement change.
+ Actively leads BPI initiatives locally and nationally as needed.
+ Provides strategic direction and feedback to Implementation, Service, Client Success, Enablement, Specialty, Sales, Finance and other cross-BU partners and related Program Management Organizations around various strategic initiatives to improve the client experience, associate experience and build efficencies for the business.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Requirements_
+ 12+ years of directly related experience in Implementation and/or client service required
+ Process Improvement & Cross functional team leadership/ collaboration
+ Adept communication skills, with ability to adjust messaging depending upon teams, strategic needs to build concessus and cross functional alignment.
+ Travel 15% annually
+ Experience in matrix management and oversight of a highly professional or organization
+ Ability to motivate, influence and lead others through a variety of deliverables
+ Superior business acumen, communication and business judgment
+ Proven ability to assess performance, mentor and counsel associates is essential.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
+ Experience noted above, OR
+ Military experience (NCO+) where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
