**Job Title:** Light Assembly Worker

**Shift:** 1st Shift, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday | 2nd Shift, 4pm-11pm Monday-Friday

**Pay:** $15.44-$16.44/hr depending on shift

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Light Assembly Worker, where your attention to detail and reliability will be valued. You’ll be responsible for efficiently assembling cardboard displays while ensuring high quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble cardboard displays following specific instructions.

+ Verify the quality and accuracy of each completed display.

+ Maintain and inspect tools and equipment used for assembly.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment.

+ Keep the work area clean and organized.

+ Collaborate with team members and address any issues or concerns with supervisors.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

+ Capable of following instructions and working independently with minimal supervision.

+ Good communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods.

+ Capability to lift and move items up to 30 pounds.

+ Manual dexterity and coordinated hand-eye skills.
