Minimum Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in any subject

+ Compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education Clearance Requirements

Responsibilities:

+ Implementing classroom duties as outlined in school district lesson plans and Kelly policies

+ Leading instruction based on existing lesson plans

+ Providing guidance on classroom topics/courses

+ Fostering positive relationships with students

+ Assigning reasonable tasks and homework

+ Encouraging student participation and empowerment

+ Creating an inclusive classroom environment tailored to student needs

+ Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles

+ Developing lesson plans and conducting assessments for long-term assignments, as needed
