    **Banner Childrens Specialists (BCS), a multispecialty group within Banner Health, is actively recruiting for a staff Pediatric Otolaryngologist** to join our team onthe campus of Banner Childrens at Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. Our current team includes one experienced Pediatric Otolaryngologist an experienced PA, with plans to expand our team to three full-time Physicians. BCS provides fully integrated pediatric services to the greater Phoenix area, with the ENT Clinic just steps away from the childrens hospital, specialties and primary care offices.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who prefers working in a collaborative, integrated system.

     

    Providing care to the East and West Valley, this teams clinical responsibilities include general ENT care plus other pediatric ENT niches like aerodigestive, cleft/craniofacial, thyroid center, vascular anomalies, and sleep surgery . The ENT service line will have other subspecialty support with our Pediatric Subspecialties teams such as Sleep Medicine, Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Hematology/Oncology, and Cardiology.

    BCS** **seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

    + _Peds ENT fellowship-trained_

    + _ABMS Board certification or eligibility required_

    + _General Pediatric ENT position with opportunity for focus in niche areas_

    + _No minimum shift requirement, flexible scheduling_

    + _Leadership opportunities are also available for those qualified_

     

    Serving a pediatric population of 350,000+, **Banner Childrens at Desert (BDMC) in Mesa** is a state-of-the-art, 206-bed childrens hospital that was opened in November 2009.Banner Children's at Desert was designed Through the Eyes of a Child, meaning it has all the comforts of home and does not feel institutional. The hospital is meant to inspire healing, learning and imagination. Our Child Life professionals play an active role in ensuring children feel safe and prepared for the hospital experience.
