Concierge Physician Opportunity Flexible Per Diem Role

**Banner Health** , Arizona's leading healthcare provider, is seeking a **Per Diem Concierge Physician** to join our team in **North Phoenix.** This unique role offers the opportunity to support an established concierge practice by stepping in when the primary care provider is unavailable.

This position is ideal for a physician who values flexibility, patient-focused care, and being part of an innovative and trusted healthcare organization.

Position Highlights:

+ Provide concierge-level care for patients in a collaborative and supportive environment

+ Flexible per diem schedule covering patient calls and same day/next-day clinic visits

+ Outpatient-only care with no hospital duties

+ Comprehensive support including a nurse navigator, care coordination resources, and access to Banners extensive network of specialists and ancillary services

Qualifications:

+ ABMS Board Certified/Eligiblein Family Medicine

+ Must have experience in Primary Care

+ Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

+ Willingness to provide coverage on short notice in rare situations
