Our Pharmacy Clinical and Specialty Services team is dedicated to providing exceptional specialty pharmacy care, optimizing patient outcomes, and driving business growth. As a key leader, you will impact the team’s and company’s goals by steering strategic initiatives, fostering high-level relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

What you'll bring:

+ **Operations Background:** Extensive experience in managing and optimizing operations within the specialty pharmacy or related industry.

+ **Specialty Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the specialty pharmacy landscape, including market trends and regulatory requirements.

+ **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative success.

+ **P&L Responsibility:** Demonstrated experience in managing profit and loss accounts, ensuring financial health and growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
