    Title:

    LCV NORTHCOM: Fuel Distribution Systems Operator -Contingency

    Position Overview:

    As a Fuel Distribution Systems Operator, you will monitor and maintain the amount of fuel in the tanks for fuel operations. Further, you will perform usage calculations and request service time and amounts for tank filling.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and check receiving/shipping documents and fuel accountability paperwork.

    + Visually inspect samples of fuel, check API and fuel additives with test equipment.

    + Gauge tanks for water, temperature, and fuel levels.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on terminal system and fuel equipment.

    + Responsible for daily fuel accountability, paperwork, and reports.

    + Responsible for direct daily oversight of subcontract workers.

    + Complete daily Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) of fuel related equipment.

    + Handle daily testing of fuel.

    + Comply with all KBR Safety and Quality Programs.

    + Follow all daily fuel retail and mobile operations.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Applicable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

    + Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently

    + Requires at least 2 years of directly related experience.

    + Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.

    + Knowledge of U.S. Army Fuel Regulations.

    + Must have a valid State Driver’s License

    + Ability to pass a Military Background Check for access to military installations.

    + Authorization to work in the U.S.
