Senior Analyst, Refer a Business Marketing** **Analytics
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payments provider for businesses and corporations of all sizes, with small business being the largest customer segment and a continued area of investment and focus. The Senior Analyst in this role will sit on the Refer A Business Marketing team within the broader Small Business Prospect Marketing team, focusing on acquiring prospects on American Express Small Business cards.
The Senior Analyst will lead reporting, analysis, and forecasting for our Refer a Business (RAB) acquisition program. The role provides an exciting opportunity to inform investment decisions and drive profitable growth while working in a dynamic and competitive space.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Lead weekly and monthly channel performance analysis, including production of reports and insights for internal and external audiences
+ Lead monthly and annual forecasting for the RAB channel, including sizing and communicating changes to investment needs
+ Manage channel budget and own invoicing, payments, and reconciliation processes in close collaboration with external agencies and internal partners
+ Partner closely with analytics and investment optimization teams to develop performance commentary and recommend optimization tactics
+ Nurture relationships with key RAB partners and identify strategies to deliver additional growth
+ Provide ad hoc support for team projects, including sizing and business cases
Qualifications
+ Superb analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Ability to extract relevant insights from multiple data sources to inform channel recommendations
+ Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across diverse set of internal colleagues and externals partners
+ Excellent verbal and written communicator who can articulate performance results and drivers to varied audiences
+ Self-starter with ability to navigate complex processes independently and prioritize across multiple projects
+ Enthusiastic and curious; comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
+ 2 years of relevant experience
+ Digital marketing, marketing research, or agency management experience a plus
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
