    Dal-Tile is currently seeking motivated and passionate individuals for our Summer Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative projects in the tile manufacturing industry.     Responsibilities:

    * Collaborate with Manufacturing and IT teams to understand existing SFC and MES workflows.

    * Create detailed process flow diagrams using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, Word).

    * Document **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, user interactions, and system integration points.

    * Organize and maintain project documentation in shared drives and structured folders.

    * Participate in team meetings and shadow process owners to gain deeper insight into end-to-end processes.

    Qualifications:

    * Currently pursuing a degree in **Information Technology**, **Industrial Engineering**, **Computer Science**, or a related field.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio or equivalent diagramming tools).
