    Position Details:

    + Location- Clearwater- BayCare System Office

    + **Status:** PRN (up to 40 hours per week), hourly

    + Hybrid role - Must live in the state of Florida

    + Schedule- Variable

    + Weekends- None

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent for assigned service lines

    + Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives.

    + An effective Talent Sourcing Recruiter can perform research for Critical, Difficult, Visible positions, apply creative search and engagement techniques, as well as assess candidate qualifications via screening..

    + Focuses on PASSIVE prospects; people who have not applied or have been recently engaged by a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a position

    Experience & Education:

    + Required - Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in outbound recruitment and/or sourcing.
