Job Description
Insight global is hiring a Pega Test Engineer for a large client local to Stamford, CT. The role involves performing impact analysis on new requirements, translating simple requirements into strategies, and converting complex strategies into implementable designs across various tools. It also includes developing reporting and simulation to assess offer qualifications among different segments, guiding decision-making for Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, and identifying opportunities for refining requirements. Responsibilities include executing various Agile testing methods, ensuring decisioning applications meet expectations, and continuously improving quality assurance processes. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and has a pay rate of $48-$52hr.

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Pega Test Engineer, Developer, or business analyst
• Experience with Pega (or similar AI software/tools); particularly Next-Best-Action (NBA) decision engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Experience with Postman for testing.
• Experience with SQL and Scripting.
• Experience in develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans for Pega Decisioning testing on the tool and other software environments
• NBA Support Support implementation, testing, QA, business simulation, Next-Best-Action reporting, monitoring, and control
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Cable or telecommunications experience
Experience with Amazon Redshift database query development
MicroStrategy experience null
