    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to bring on multiple Full stack Java Developers to support applications within Global Financial Crimes environment. This team is currently going through a migration from Angular 5 to 17. These senior developers will be responsible for leading a technology team, hands on development, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Global Financial Crimes environment. These developers will design, code, test, debug and document programs/activities. They will work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria is met for application changes. They should possess in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages and will work in an individual contributor role. They should also have the ability to partner with the multiple Technology teams to implement the target architecture and migration to strategic platform. Attention to detail is key and should mentor new team members. The candidate is expected to take responsibility in owning and managing the end to end technical delivery of all the projects.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 8+ years' experience with Java with Strong core java skills including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC and knowledge of Java profiling tools

     

    Spring framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Test Framework, Spring RESTful services, Transaction Management, Spring Annotations.

     

    - Experience in Angular (ideally a migration or with Angular 17+).

     

    - Knowledge of performance tuning data intensive applications.

     

    - Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills.

     

    - Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative tech based solutions.

     

    - Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-starter mentality and someone who is motivated.

     

    - Software development using agile methodology and processes. null
