    Our client is seeking a Sr Support Engineer specializing in MS Teams to join their team. As a Sr Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT Support department supporting users in their transition to Microsoft Teams from Zoom. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr Support Engineer-MS Teams

    **Pay Range:** $45 - $55 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide comprehensive support to users on “how to” questions related to MS Teams functionalities and features.

    + Assist users with the configuration and personalization of Teams settings to optimize their user experience.

    + Offer technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams rooms and webinars ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality during meetings.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for users transitioning from Zoom to Microsoft Teams, offering guidance, training, and troubleshooting.

    + Assist with the creation of “how to” user documentation videos and training materials.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    + Five plus years experience in IT support with the focus of Microsoft Teams.

    + Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms and related M365 technologies.

    + **Experience with Zoom and the transitioning users to Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.**

    + Excellent problem-solving communication interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently, and as part of the team in fast-paced environment.

    + **Hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work Asia business hours is required.**

    + **Certification and Microsoft teams and are related Microsoft technologies.**

    + **Experience in training and educating users on new technologies.**

    + **Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.**
