    This client in the banking industry is hiring for a Senior QA/Database Engineer. This team specifically is driving the modernization and optimization of operational and analytical data of their consumer technologies.

     

    Half of this job is QA automation testing using Selenium and Karate. The other half is SQL optimization, including SSIS backlogs and Big Data technologies like Spark.

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 4+ years of QA and Data engineering experience

    + Experience with Selenium and Karate for QA automation

    + Experience with performance testing

    + CICD experience

    + Experience with SQL optimization

    + Experience with SSIS backlogs

    + Experience with Big Data Technologies like Spark

    + Experience with C# or VB.NET programming

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Other data engineering experience such as Teradata, Oracle, Mongo, Tableau, or ETL

    + Other business intelligence experience such as SSRS, SSAS, or PowerBI

    + Experience in the financial services, merchant services, or credit card industry

    + Experience managing data solutions in public or private cloud environments
