Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to join their team. As a Lead Analytics Consultant, you will be part of the Consumer Small Business Banking division supporting the analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

+ Oversee and enhance monitoring and reporting processes for consumer small business banking.

+ Deploy automation projects across the organization, ensuring efficient and effective execution.

+ Manage high-level product and project initiatives, driving them to successful completion.

+ Engage with business partners to understand manual processes and develop automated solutions.

+ Create and implement solutions for business partners, addressing a wide range of business problems.

What's Needed?

+ 5-7 years of experience working within data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

+ Strong experience building out and manipulating dashboards within Tableau/Power BI.

+ Experience working with different technology and business partners, including RAU owners.

+ Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ SQL proficiency for data automation and management.
