Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate – Inbound & Outbound Opportunities Available!

**Location:** Mesa, AZ

**Pay Rate:** $18.50 per hour

Our client, an industry-leading organization, is seeking **experienced Warehouse Associates** to join their growing team! In this role, you’ll support logistics operations by handling inbound or outbound processes, contributing to a fast-paced and efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have **prior warehouse experience** , excellent attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

What's the Job?

Depending on your assigned area (Inbound or Outbound), you’ll be responsible for tasks such as:

Inbound Duties:

+ Receiving and verifying incoming shipments

+ Managing inventory and performing cycle counts

+ Stocking inventory accurately

+ Using RF scanners and maintaining inventory systems

Outbound Duties:

+ Picking and packing customer orders for shipment

+ Handling products at heights and performing heavy lifting

+ Preparing and labeling shipments

+ Working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy

All Associates:

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What’s Needed?

+ **Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience** (inbound or outbound)

+ Experience with **cycle counts, RF scanning, or order picking**

+ Ability to **lift and move heavy items** and work on your feet for 10 hours

+ Comfortable working at heights (for outbound roles)

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Steel/composite-toe shoes required

+ Flexibility for **overtime and weekends** as needed

Available Schedules:

+ Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

+ Tuesday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
