• Billing Specialist - Transportation & Logistics

    We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our client's Billing department. This is a **temp-to-hire** position with the opportunity to grow within their company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong **QuickBooks** and **typing skills** .

     

    **Job Title:** Billing Specialist – Transportation & Logistics

    **Location:** Mira Loma, CA

    **Pay Range:** $22/hour

    **Job Type:** Full-Time

    **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Assist with various billing and invoice tasks using **QuickBooks** and administrative duties

    + Manage customer service inquiries related to billing

    + Perform administrative tasks and data entry with speed and accuracy

    + Maintain excellent on-time attendance and daily consistency

    + Work both independently and as part of a team

    + Open to cross-training in different areas of the department

    + Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Must have **strong typing** skills - **40+ WPM** required

    + **K** nowledge of **QuickBooks** with **relevant billing** experience is a must!

    + Previous experience in a **full scale 3PL business environment** is needed

    + Able to adapt to various tasks and work independently

    + Flexible work schedule required

    + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
