Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a QA Supervisor to join their team. As a QA Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the overall mission of ensuring product safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Location:** Benton Harbor, Michigan

**Pay Range:** Up to $85,000 + bonus

What's the Job?

+ Plan and implement programs that meet corporate food safety and quality missions.

+ Achieve food safety and quality objectives by managing compliance with product specifications.

+ Develop and validate food safety and quality plans, including HACCP and sanitation programs.

+ Drive continuous process and product improvement based on data analysis.

+ Effectively manage and evaluate packinghouse staff performance.

What's Needed?

+ B.S. degree in a relevant area of study preferred, but not required.

+ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervising food safety and quality programs.

+ Experience in fresh produce is required.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
