    CDL A Driver – Direct Hire – York, PA

     

    $25-$28/hr to start based on experience

     

    Monday-Friday Possibly 1-2 overnight days per week

     

    Manpower is assisting a well-known company local to York in hiring a CDL A Driver. This is a direct hire opportunity! We are seeking an experienced driver that is looking for a Monday-Friday scheduled and would be able to do 1 to 2 overnight deliveries during the week.

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    Safely picked up loads of tires to be refurbished or vise versa, delivering truck load of tires to various destinations. Driver's must be able to hook up trucks to trailers and be willing to load and unload trucks if necessary.

     

    Trucks are automatic

     

    An up to date DOT physical and medical card is required

     

    Upon hire, a background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check is required.

    CDL Driver Perks:

    + Routes are dock to dock with some drop & hook

    + Company covers cost to maintain your CDL and medical certification

    + Per diem for overnight runs
