    Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the operations supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Partner with engineering, finance, and operations teams to monitor and optimize cloud spend, ensuring cost efficiency in COGS and providing accurate cost extrapolations for expansion.

    + Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support processes that enable security and compliance for our product while minimizing friction for developers.

    + Develop and implement programs to enhance developer productivity, including tracking and increasing the adoption of DevAI tools and measuring their ROI.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with business goals and international growth strategies.

    + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to measure the success of initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a technology or cloud-focused environment.

    + Strong understanding of cloud cost management and FinOps principles.

    + Experience working with engineering teams including use of developer productivity tools, automation, and AI-driven development solutions.

    + Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks relevant to cloud-based organizations.

    + Proven ability to work cross-functionally, leading projects across engineering, finance, and compliance teams.
