    Our client in Manchester is seeking Production and Machine Operators to join their family-oriented team on all shifts.

     

    You will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of excellent top quality customized products. These duties require strong attention to detail to adequately prepare the equipment for the next stage in the high-quality manufacturing process.

     

    Job Title: Production or Machine Operator

     

    Pay Range: $18 - $22

    What will you be doing?

     

    + **Prepare and Operate Machinery** : Set up and adjust machines, position and secure dies, and operate equipment to produce parts.

    + **Maintain Specifications** : Observe operations, detect malfunctions, inspect parts, and adjust controls to ensure quality.

    + **Resolve Production Issues** : Alter processes to meet specifications and notify supervisors for additional resources.

    + **Perform Preventive Maintenance** : Complete maintenance tasks, troubleshoot malfunctions, and call for repairs to ensure equipment operation.

    + **Maintain Safety and Cleanliness** : Comply with safety procedures, wear protective equipment, and identify potential hazards.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Basic understanding of shop math

    + Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and follow procedures

    + Detail oriented with attention to quality, basic understanding of shop math

    + 18 years or older, High school diploma or GED

    + Ability to work overtime as required including Saturdays.

    + Good attendance, commitment, career oriented, committed to company values
