    Day to day as a Maintenance Technician

     

    As a Full-Time Maintenance Technician at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will be expected to carry out a variety of essential tasks on a daily basis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and executing repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment for both residents and staff. You will engage in preventative maintenance on equipment and systems, documenting your findings and actions in a clear and organized manner.

     

    Expect to work on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a consistent and predictable routine. Preparation for emergencies, responding promptly to maintenance requests, and collaborating with various departments will also be crucial aspects of your role. In this position, your problem-solving skills and dedication to service will have a meaningful impact on our community.
