Your Mission:As a Senior Residence Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our mission-overseeing day-to-day operations, empowering your team, and ensuring quality services that truly make a difference. You'll be a mentor, a leader, and a champion for positive change, all while building relationships that last a lifetime.

What You'll Do:

+ Manage and support the operations of assigned residential sites with care and precision.

+ Provide top-notch supervision and training to clinical staff, Residence Managers & Direct Support Professionals.

+ Ensure homes and records shine by meeting agency, State, and Federal standards.

+ Be a force of positivity and progress in our community!

What You Bring:

+ A Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related human services field. Exceptional candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.

+ At least three years of experience working with developmental disabilities, with two in a supervisory role.

+ A passion for making a difference and the skills to lead others in doing the same.
