About the Role
We are seeking a **Mid-Level UX Designer** to help shape the future of our digital experience. In this role, you will work closely with our Sr. UX Manager, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive, engaging, and high-performing user experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of solving complex business and user needs while ensuring our customers can easily discover, understand, and purchase our green energy solutions.
What You’ll Do
+ **Design user-centered experiences** that support product research, e-commerce transactions, and potentially interactive product placement features.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align business goals with user needs.
+ **Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs** to bring ideas to life.
+ **Conduct user research and usability testing** (bonus points if you have experience in this area!) to validate design decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
+ **Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices** to ensure an inclusive experience.
+ **Work within and contribute to a growing design system** that maintains brand consistency across our digital products.
+ **Analyze user behavior and website performance** to identify opportunities for optimization.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Associate degree or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with experience in **e-commerce or product research-driven websites** .
+ Strong **interaction and visual design skills** with a portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and UX/UI design thinking.
+ Experience with design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD** .
Ideal Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with **user testing methodologies** and the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
+ A passion for sustainability and an interest in green energy solutions is a plus!
