About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets Senior Java developer to aid in the development of a Counterparty Credit Risk application. Candidate would be responsible for gathering requirements and implementing complex changes to the application. Candidate should have some experience in high performance computing and experience in multi-threading and leveraging design patterns. They should be familiar with source control and working in a team environment. Candidate should have good knowledge of financial products, specifically over-the-counter derivatives.
In this role, you will:
+ Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
+ Implementing innovative and significant business solutions
+ Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommend innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
+ Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
+ 4+ years of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) experience
+ 3+ years of experience in application & data architecture and solution design
+ 3+ years of SQL experience
+ 3+ years of experience in the financial industry (knowledge of over-the-counter derivative products)
Desired Qualifications:
+ BS/BA in computer science, applied statistics, quantitative economics, operations research or a relate
+ Agile experience
+ Experience leading projects that require integration of multiple technology systems to deliver new online functionality and user experience
+ 3+ years of Java experience
+ Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
