    What's your day like?

     

    As a new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will engage in a variety of daily responsibilities that are vital for the well-being of our residents. Expect to provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, and monitor vital signs while collaborating closely with our nursing staff and physicians. You will be responsible for assisting in daily living activities, ensuring residents' comfort, and documenting their progress accurately. Your schedule will typically be structured between two shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 11 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

     

    Throughout your day, you will be involved in patient assessments, care planning, and communicating effectively with both residents and their families to foster trust and transparency.
