About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Fixed Income Securities Java Engineer to join our Spread Technology Group within Capital Markets Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full stack design and development by following engineering best practices. Successful applicant will help enhance, build, and deliver frameworks and business application micro services. Their primary responsibility will be to understand the current functionality in our CRE application and move the application to the full stack web-based architecture

In this role, you will:
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
+ Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
**Required Qualifications** :
+ 5+ years of Lead Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Microservices, SQL and NoSQL
+ 3+ year of experience in Capital Markets Technology working on building solutions in any of the following areas (Bids/ Offers, Trade, Pricing, PnL, Risk and Auction Management of Structured Products (Agency and Non Agency))
+ 3+ year of experience working in .net or can show mastery of the WPF and WCF technologies
+ 3+ year of experience working with in Web Full Stack Environment including Angular, Type Script, Java Spring Boot, and JavaScript
+ 2+ years of experience in Angular/React.js
+ 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift
+ 2+ years of experience in Apache Kafka/Confluent Enterprise
+ 2+ years of Experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc.
**Desired Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or equivalent
+ 2+ Years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
+ 2+ years of DevOps tool set based continuous incremental delivery experience
+ 2+ years working in OpenShift Container Platform
+ 2+ years working in Micro Front End Architecture
+ 2+ years using SQL Server/MongoDB
+ 2+ years Fixed Income or Rates

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
