Accountant:

We are looking for a Self-Motivated individual with Strong Organizational skills to join our Accounting team.

Position Purpose:

+  This position would track costs, revenue and financial transactions associated with turkey egg production.

Principal Accountabilities but are not limited to:

+ All hatchery accounting tasks/inquiries

+ Egg and poult reconciling at month end.

+ record month end hatchery inventories

+ Month end general journals

+ Monthly egg payment to growers

+ Coding of various invoices in Metaviewer (software).

+ Posting weekly payroll

+ Monthly intercompany reporting to affiliates

+ Monthly financial reports to corporate

+ Hatchery monthly reporting and presentation.

+ Quarterly account reconciliation

+ Persnal property assessments and taxes.

+ Quarterly reporting to ownership.

+ Assi in budget and forecast.

+ Year-end reconciliations and stat pack.

+ Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation for the department.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

+ Experience with M-Tech and Dynamics software is a plus.

+ Proficient in Excel.

+ Must be Detail oriented.

+ Strong organizational and follow up skills.

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

+ Financial analytical skills.
