    Regional Homes of Lumberton is seeking professional, motivated, and career-driven individuals to join our sales team. You'll be selling our award-winning floor plans placed on exciting new home site developments throughout the area.

     

    Previous sales experience is not required-we're looking for the right attitude and solid work ethic.     Job Responsibilities:

    + Meeting sales and marketing goals

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

    + Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

    + Working & communicating effectively with team and customers

    + Understanding the loan process and credit analyzation

    + Ability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday), evenings & some holidays

    Candidates must possess:

    + Closer and Negotiator state of mind

    + Strong communication skills

    + Out of the box thinker - Creative

    + A proven background in prospecting

    + Amazing follow up with prospects

    + Ability to be a team player

    + Marketing strategies and familiar with social media platforms

    + A high level of enthusiasm, as well as a high energy level

    + A high level of integrity

    + Ability to prioritize & multi-task
