    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Conduct internal and customer specific audits regarding special processes (NADCAP)

    * Prepare preparation checklists and documentation prior to any in-house, and/or customer specific audits.

    * Assist with planning and execution of activities as it relates to the development and supervision of quality.

    * Assist with maintaining NADCAP accreditation.

    * Collaborate and engage with cross functional project teams focused on new product introduction, continuous improvement, and nonconformance resolution.

    * Meet with customers to define their needs and determine the best solutions.

    * Participate in design, manufacturing, and test documentation reviews to ensure applicable contract, program, design, and quality requirements are met.

    * Develop processes and tools to ensure products and services provided meet all contractual, program, design, and quality requirements.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Bachelor"s degree in engineering, or equivalent OR

    * Sufficient experience if no Degree

    * 5+ years providing engineering support to a manufacturing environment.

    * Excellent written and verbal communication.

    * Experience working in aerospace industry

    * Lean and six sigma experience/knowledge

    * Proficient with computer systems and basic software - specifically working with Microsoft Excel

    * Familiar with NADCAP Chem Processing audits

    * Familiar with the chemical process of titanium (cleaning process)

    * Familiar with the following specs: BAC5753/BAC5842/P4TF3/P4TF2/DPS9.483

    * Proficient at reading, analyzing and interpreting customer drawings, specifications, procedures, and standards.

    * Hands on manufacturing experience is helpful
