    Implements the organization's HR strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, development, and retention of current and potential employees. Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain an effective and comprehensive recruitment program from job requisition through hiring for all open positions to support company strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    HR partner supporting Sales, Commercial and Pricing by understanding the business needs, supporting the HR strategy for the function, and implementing HR initiatives to support business growth.

     

    Be a change agent by leading the changes that are necessary while assisting stakeholders in successfully navigating through transitions.

     

    Champion a winning culture by promoting a positive workplace, leveraging inclusion and employee recognition, and amplifying our presence in the community where we operate.

     

    Manage the site's end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selections, interviews, and offer negotiation, partnering with the talent acquisition team and staffing agencies as needed to support the recruitment strategy.

     

    Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies.

     

    Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing processes, monitoring effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational performance, reduce complexity, and create a better experience for our team members.

     

    Utilize data to drive decisions and ensure its integrity and accuracy.

     

    Coaches and influences a diverse set of stakeholders.

     

    Support investigations for the function and manage employee relations issues, using adequate techniques for conflict resolution.

     

    Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including equal employment opportunity/affirmative action, work authorization, etc.

     

    Assists HR leader with compensation annual cycles for the function and its respective processes (merit, bonus, equity adjustment, market analysis), partnering with the compensation team on the corporate processes.

     

    Promote an open-door policy by implementing different strategies to listen to our team members and provide open and candid information through multiple communication channels, which includes employee engagement surveys, high-performance teams, pulse surveys, skip levels, and others.

     

    Supports organization design that will enable business to grow and operate effectively.

     

    Build organizational capability for the function, identifying critical roles/skillsets, defining a workforce plan, and creating strategies to fill the gap in the short and long term.

     

    Drives and facilitates the management team in assessing, developing our talents, and creating effective succession and development plans. Conduct talent reviews and support talent management cycle.

     

    Oversees the development and administration of local and corporate training offerings (mentorship program, training programs specific for the function).

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree: the ideal candidate has studied Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.

     

    6+ years of significant professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and leadership of Human Resources teams.

     

    Experience supporting a sales team considered a plus.

     

    Demonstrated leadership, project management, and change management experience.

     

    Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.

     

    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Excellent employee relations, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution experience.

     

    Role may include occasional travel for interviews, college recruitment and functional meetings.

     

    High degree of integrity while working with highly confidential information discreetly and appropriately.

    Nice to have:

    Master's degree (or international equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Management, Organizational Management, or related HR areas of study.

     

    SPHR certification.
