Where You Will Work   

Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. As a Hybrid employee, you’ll engage in virtual collaboration as well as attend in-person meetings at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix or at one of our site locations. The Collaboration Hub provides an open, flexible workspace for individuals and teams to come together for various business needs. Amenities at the Hub include a working café, phone booths and meeting rooms with technology tools for virtual and in-person collaboration. In-person attendance may vary based on the position and department requirements.

Description

Responsibilities include the monthly closing of general ledgers, including the preparation of journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation. Perform monthly consolidation of the assigned business segments.

+ Perform monthly close and reconciliation of general ledgers.

+ Consolidate financial results for multiple business units.

+ Coordinate accounting and financial activities and projects across multiple business units.

+ Assist in preparing management reports and adhoc requests.

+ Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or GED and nine (9) years in accounting, including two (2) years in prolong intellectual instruction (certifications, instructed training, OR on the job training, etc..) in Accounting or Finance; OR

+ Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related area and seven (7) years professional experience in accounting or finance; OR

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or closely related discipline and five (5) years experience in accounting or finance; OR

+ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related area and three (3) years of accounting or finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with S4Hana and SAP

+ Revenue, Inventory, and Production Cost Accounting experience

+ CPA certified

Criteria/Conditions:

+ Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ

+ Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator. Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting.

+ Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.

+ Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds.

+ Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.

+ Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

What We Offer You

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$90,000-$124,500.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
