Whim Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Activities Coordinator to lead and facilitate outdoor and recreational activities for our guests at Camp Lucy. Our activities team plays a crucial role in creating engaging and memorable experiences for guests through outdoor adventures, team-building exercises, and recreational programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Activity Planning & Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and lead a variety of exciting activities, including archery, fishing, hiking, axe throwing, wine and whiskey tastings, team-building events, and seasonal programming.

+ Guest Engagement: Provide excellent guest service by ensuring that all activities are safe, fun, and engaging. Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times.

+ Equipment Management: Set up, break down, and maintain activity equipment and areas, ensuring everything is in top condition for guest use.

+ Safety Education: Educate guests on safety guidelines and ensure the proper use of equipment, fostering a safe and enjoyable environment.

+ Creative Development: Assist in developing new and creative activity offerings to enhance the guest experience.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For:

+ Experience: Prior experience in recreation, outdoor education, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

+ Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

+ Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.

+ Physical Ability: Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Personality: Outgoing personality with a passion for guest engagement and creating memorable experiences.

+ Flexibility: A flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings through exceptional service.
